FB Friends click: https://www.dharmadoxie.com/ ![]() Hello Friend's of Dharma! My Mama used to teach a class on Archaeology. This is when she met Jessie who did an article on her class. This was years ago when she taught high school. Now people that know my Mama know that she loves archaeology. She has even had the GREAT FUN to actually BE A DIGGER, A LITTLE LIKE ME HUH? She once dug at the Bickford Archaeological Site over near Durham Point in N.H. and found musket balls. Another time she was digging in Turkey, YUP FOLKS, THAT IS THE COUNTRY NOT THE BIRD, and dug up a wet stone and a loom weight, made out of ceramic. Check it out on Google if you do not know what they are. She was teaching about an archaeological site called Catal Huyuk which is in Turkey, to her students and what was so VERY COOL is that she got to go there also. She was teaching about "Pastorialists" who are nomadic people who move from place to place with their herd animals. Her most favorite picture of that trip was the one below. Mama was on a Mercedes tour bus on the way to Catal Huyuk and was taking pictures out the window and this lady pastoralist just waved hello, as she was herding her cattle. PEOPLE ARE JUST PEOPLE WHERE EVER YOU GO, DON'T YOU THINK? ![]() Mama invited Jessie over for she was coming to interview LITTLE OLD ME. WHOO HOO!! So thank you Jessie! It was great meeting you! Love, Dharma Dharma
